By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By placing an order or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Services Overview

Liquid Ecofill™ provides eco-friendly refill deliveries of household cleaning liquids to customers in designated service areas. Deliveries are typically completed within 36 hours of order confirmation, except Sundays and holidays. Customers are responsible for having refillable bottles available at the time of delivery or may purchase reusable bottles directly from us.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, and pricing at any time, without prior notice.

3. Account Information

To use our Services, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, delivery address, phone number, and email. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

We may reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.

4. Orders and Deliveries

Orders are placed through our designated communication channels. Once an order is confirmed, you will be assigned a delivery window. At this time, customers are required to be present for the delivery.

If you are not present during your delivery time, we may not be able to complete your order and additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

Minimum Order Requirement

All purchases of Liquid Ecofill products are subject to a minimum order of 12 ounces per liquid type.

5. Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your order. Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices and products are subject to change at our sole discretion, and we are not required to provide prior notice of such changes.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate delivery access to your residence.

• Be present during the scheduled delivery window.

• Ensure bottles for refills are clean and safe for use.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimers

• We make no guarantees regarding specific delivery times, though we aim to complete deliveries within 36 hours.

• All products are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, safety of containers provided by the customer, or uninterrupted availability of Services.

• Use of our products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or harm arising from use, misuse, or storage of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid Ecofill™, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Any theft, loss, or damage to property resulting from providing us with your delivery address.

• Any issues caused by containers provided by customers.

• Any problems, harm, or damages arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, notice, or liability. You may also discontinue use of our Services at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
